At CinaVape, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and transparently. All shipments are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)—we handle customs clearance and import taxes so you don’t have to. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your email.
We also offer an online order tracking tool directly on our website to help you monitor your delivery status in real time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing speed, local courier efficiency, holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)—meaning all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us.

For other destinations, DDP still applies where available. In rare cases where duties are imposed locally, we will notify you prior to shipping.
Shipping Process
Depending on product availability and your delivery address, we may ship from either our China-based warehouse or our European distribution center. Both methods offer full tracking and DDP delivery.
1. Shipping from China (Available Worldwide)

Carriers Used: DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, Australia Post, Canada Post, and others.

Delivery is typically made to your home address. In some regions, your package may be delivered to a nearby pickup station. A government-issued ID may be required to collect your parcel.

2. Shipping from European Warehouse (EU Region Only)

Carriers Used: DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx, LocalPost

Delivery is faster with no customs procedures for the recipient.

In certain countries, delivery may be made to automated lockers or parcel points for convenience.

Delivery Exceptions & Buyer Responsibility

If a package is undeliverable or flagged as exceptional by the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local delivery company promptly.

Couriers may hold packages temporarily at their facility, and unclaimed parcels may be returned or destroyed.

CinaVape is not liable for losses caused by the customer’s failure to retrieve parcels or respond to courier notices.
